Ocean Water is here to introduce young athletes to the sport of Track and Field. This program is designed to develop and teach the fundamental techniques with a focus on making it fun. We will demonstrate a variety  of exercises and drills that will prepare our young athletes for a future in track and field, while promoting a love for running.
